Customer Service Supervisor (Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara-Pluit)



Responsibilities:

  • Handling mall tenant and customer's complaint,
  • Maintenance mall facilities,
  • Maintenance tenant and customer data

Requirements:

  • Male, 27 - 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): English.
  • Preferred skill(s): Mandarin.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Customer Service in Shopping Centre/Mall. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Management.
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
